At BE GAIA, we take pride in saying that all the products available at our eco hub are Earth friendly. But that is not it! We are also very proud to state that we use the best sustainable option when it comes to delivery packaging. All our delivery packaging is 100% plastic-free! Our delivery boxes are made of high quality 99.9% recycled paper, and they can be recycled in your recycling bin or composted. Even our postage labels are 100% compostable!

We also make sure that each of our deliveries are carbon neutral. For that, we have the support from Carbon Positive Australia, which is an independent Australian charity that, since 2001, have been doing an amazing job recovering degraded lands around Australia and restoring Australian natural habitat by planting trees. Carbon Positive Australia is helping BE GAIA to offset 100% of the carbon emissions from each parcel that is delivered to you.

That means that your BE GAIA parcels are not only toxin-free and low/zero-waste; they are also carbon emission neutral!


All our shipping is sent by Australia Post, and we always do our best to make sure that you receive your parcel as fast as possible. Please see more information about shipping below.

1. Free shipping (orders above $50)

We offer free shipping for all orders above $50 within all Australia. Your free shipping will automatically be applied to your shopping cart at the checkout. For any orders below $50, we charge a flat rate of $7.50 within all Australia.

2. Express shipping

    Express shipping option is available at the checkout, and we charge a flat rate of $15.00. We ship your order within 1 business day, and your order will be delivered in 1 to 2 business days*.

    *Please note we cannot refund the postage cost if Australia Post does not deliver your parcel in 1 to 2 business days.

    3. Tracking your order

      Once you place your order you will receive an email notification with an Australia Post tracking number. You can use that number to track your order on the Australia Post website

      4. Order pick up

        We do offer order pick up and you can select it at the checkout. We believe that pick up option is a great way to reduce not only yours but also our carbon footprint.  

        5. Delivery processing time

        All orders will be processed by us on the same or next business day. The estimate delivery time varies depending on which state or territory you are placing your order. See the estimate of average delivery time for each state or territory below*:

        2 to 5 business days to Queensland

        3 to 5 business days to ACT and New South Whales

        4 to 6 business days to Victoria

        5 to 6 business days to South Australia

        5 to 7 business days to Tasmania

        7 to 10 business days to Western Australia

        8 to 13 business days to Northern Territory

        *These estimates are based on information provided by the Australia Post. For the most up to date delivery estimate, please check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email. If for some reason your package arrives later than the timeframe mentioned above, we cannot be held responsible for the delay. Thank you for understanding.

        6. International shipping

          Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. We believe that international shipping would have a greater carbon footprint. We are currently studying a way to minimise that. Until we find a solution, shipping will be within Australia only.

          7. Incorrect delivery address

          If by mistake you add your delivery address incorrectly at the checkout and realise it only after placing your order, you can email us straight away and we will try to correct it before your order is picked up by a courier. Unfortunately, we cannot change any information after that. Sometimes, we do get the parcel returned to us by the person that received it at the wrong delivery address provided. In case that happens, we will notify you.

          8. Parcel not delivered or missing parcel

            If you have not received your parcel within 30 days, please send us an email at

            9. No one home when delivery arrives

              In case there is no one at the provided delivery address to receive your parcel, our couriers will leave it in a safe place, if there is one. Otherwise, they will bring it to your post office or local newsagent and leave a card with instructions on how to pick your parcel up. You can also check your tracking number that you received via email to see where you can find your parcel. If you cannot find the email, please check you spam folder.               10. Damaged or incorrect parcel

              In case your parcel arrives, and it is incorrect or damaged please contact us at within 7 days of receiving it (see Return Policy for more information).

              Please be advised that we cannot be held liable or responsible for any damaged parcel after delivery has taken place.

              11. Out of stock items

              We pack your order at our warehouse. Occasionally an item may not be in stock. If that is the case, we will let you know within 1 business day from when we receive your order. If you require urgent delivery, or have special delivery requirements, please contact us at
