Return Policy

At BE GAIA, we are very proud to say that we try all the products offered by our partnered brands before making them available in our eco hub. We do that to make sure that you are going to love them just as we also do. But we do appreciate that sometimes things can change or go wrong. Thinking of that, we have created this Return Policy.

Standard rules:

  • Returning products must be sent to 5/57 Mitre Street, St Lucia QLD 4067, Australia.
  • Other than some exceptions, all returns are accepted, as long as the products are still unused, unopened, in the original packaging and the seals are intact and in perfect condition.
  • Exceptions - unfortunately, due to hygienic and safety reasons, there are a few products that cannot be returned. They are underwear and intimate products.
  • If the product that you wish to return is part of a kit or collection, the whole kit or collection must be returned.
  • Products marked as “on sale” or “special” cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they are found to be genuinely faulty, damaged, or broken.
  • Each case will be accessed individually and the guidelines for some scenarios are detailed below.

1. Return due to change of mind

  • If you would like to return any product because you changed your mind about it, please contact us at juliana@begaia.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  • You will be responsible for organising the shipment of the returning products and for paying any shipping fees.
  • Once we receive the returning items, we will access your request within 7 days.
  • If we receive the products as per the standard rule above, you will receive an email confirming that your return request was successful and we will give you a store credit in the same value as the purchase, excluding any shipping fees.

2. Return due to incorrect or incomplete order

  • If your order is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at juliana@begaia.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Please add your order number to the email.
  • You will hear from us within 7 days after us receiving your email and we will work together with you to find the best solution to get your order corrected.

3. Return due to faulty/damaged/broken product

  • First and foremost, if your order has any product that you believe it is faulty, damaged, or broken, we sincerely apologise for that.
  • Please email us a picture of the product at juliana@begaia.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Once we receive your request, we will aim to replace the item as soon as possible and free of costs.

4. Return of a product that you received as a gift

  • If you received one of our lovely products as a gift but you want to return it or exchange it, we can offer you a gift voucher with the same value as the product, excluding any shipping fees.
  • Please email us a picture of the product at juliana@begaia.com.au and we will open a returning request for you.
  • You will be responsible for organising the shipment of the returning products and for paying any shipping fees.
  • Once we receive the returning items, we will access your request within 7 days.
  • If we receive the products as per the standard rule above, you will receive an email with a gift voucher.

5. In case you forget to pick up your package at the post office and it is returned to us

  • Please email us at juliana@begaia.com.au and when we receive your package back, we will resend it to you and charge you any extra shipping costs.
