Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely! We offer free shipping for all order above $75 within all Australia.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do 😊 If you are just like me, and can’t wait to receive your low/zero-waste and toxin-free goodies you can choose express shipping at the checkout. We charge a flat rate of $20 per express shipping.

Once I place my order, how long does it take to be shipped?

Once we are notified about your order, we will ship it in 1 to 2 business days so you can get your eco goodies as soon as possible.

Is it possible to track my order?

Of course! We will send you an email with your order tracking number and a link where you can check when your parcel is being delivered.

How long does it take for me to receive my parcel?

For express shipping, the estimate is 1 to 3 business days and for standard shipping, 2 to 8 business days. These estimates may vary according to the state or territory your parcel is being delivered to. Please check more up to date details on the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-times.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. We believe that international shipping would have a greater carbon footprint. We are currently studying a way to minimise that. Until we find a solution, shipping will be within Australia only.

What do I do if my order is wrong, faulty, or damaged?

We do appreciate that sometimes things can go wrong, and we apologise for that. In case something like that happens, I recommend you read our Return Policy and our Delivery & Shipping Policy. Both policies detail exactly what you can do. But if you are still unsure feel free to send us an email at juliana@begaia.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and we will do our very best to get it sorted for you 😊

How does Be Gaia support Tree Planting Programs?

Be Gaia supports Carbon Positive Australia's tree planting program. Part of Be Gaia's proceeds are donated to Carbon Positive Australia, in order to support their amazing eco-friendly projects, which are helping to recover degraded lands around Australia and restore Australian natural habitat by planting different species of native trees.

How does you carbon offset program work?
