The Australian Natural Soap Company has created a special range of bar soaps that feature Australian Native Essential Oils in its composition and the amazing artwork of the indigenous artist, Daphne Marks, in its package.

The Soap:

The Lemon Myrtle Leaf Soap Bar delivers a blend of natural Australian ingredients to calm your skin. Its three main ingredients combined - Lemon Myrtle Leaf, Lemon Ironbark Leaf Oil and Kunzea Leaf oil - are a great mix to relieve dryness, itchiness, and irritation, while still keeping your skin deeply moisturised.

First Nations Peoples have used Lemon Myrtle as a bush food and natural remedy for thousands of years. It has natural antibacterial properties, being an excellent skin cleanser.  The Lemon Myrtle Leaves used in the Australian Bush Range Soap come from the rainforests of Queensland, where the trees are grown sustainably.

Lemon Ironbark Leaf Oil has natural antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties that help to restore your skin.

Kunzea Leaf Oil is a great moisturiser.

The Artwork:

For the Australian Bush range packaging, the Australian Natural Soap Company has collaborated with Daphne Marks, an Ikuntji artist. A percentage of the Australian Bush range sales goes directly to Daphne.

Daphne is one of the youngest painters working at Ikuntji Art Centre. Her artwork of a Yalka - or bush onion - is displayed on the Wattle Seed Soap Bar packaging.

The Yalka grows after the rain and it is collected by the women. They can be eaten raw
or cooked in the hot sand next to the campfire.

How to use it: ✲ Use it just as you would use your common soap bar. ✲ Make the bar wet first and directly wash your skin all over with it. ✲ Thoroughly rinse your skin and pat dry.
